We prep, repair, coat, and seal to guarantee a long-lasting, industrial-grade concrete finish.
Prepping the concrete through industrial diamond grinding. We repair all surface cracks, spalls, and divots. Concrete repairs are thorough (extra charges may apply for severe structural repairs).
We apply a colored high-bond water-based epoxy primer layer that acts as a vapor barrier, preventing sub-surface moisture from causing future peeling or bubbling.
A self-leveling commercial epoxy base coat matching your desired primary color tone. This provides the chemical adhesion foundation for the chips.
We hand-broadcast custom-colored vinyl flakes into the wet base coat, achieving 100% full coverage for maximum texture and strength.
Once the base cures, we flat-scrape the surface and power-vacuum to remove loose flakes and edges, ensuring a smooth, pleasant-to-walk-on texture.
We apply a heavy-duty, fast-curing polyaspartic blend top coat. This clear layer is UV stable, slip-resistant, chemical-resistant, and 2x stronger than retail DIY sealers.
